Henan Hengsaier Auto Parts Co., Ltd., located in Changge City, Henan Province, it's a company specializing in leaf spring production. It has nearly 30 years of production experience, with annual production capacity of over 20, 000 tons.
Our company has been committed to the R&D and production of leaf springs, main products include heavy-duty leaf spring, light-duty leaf spring, semi-trailer leaf spring, truck leaf spring, air-link(Z type). We obtained a number of patents, and successfully passed the IATF 16949: 2016 quality management system certification.
In the newly-built Changge plant in 2015, Hengsaier purchased robots and tapering mills for leaf springs, and formed an automotive leaf spring production line with plate shearing, hole-punching, eye-forming, heat treatment, shot-peening, electrophoresis and painting. The spring production line realizes the standardization of the production processes, improving the product quality and production efficiency, and greatly shortens the product lead time.
We have sold domestic and exported hundreds of models of leaf springs, including the United States, Mexico, Canada, Italy, Russia, Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, South Africa etc.
